T Regular Fees

$60 for weekend in a cabin, trailer or “Inn” ($85 for a Long Weekend) 

$40 for weekend in a tent or Medieval Style Caravan ($60 for a Long Weekend) 

$20 per module for module days ($30 for 2 modules) 

$25 for a day event 

FREE – NPC for the event

Other Fees

$25 membership payable annually. 

$40 for an event you are or were unable to attend going forward in order to get your build. This must be done in the same year as the event occurred and you must attend at least one event in that year.

Season Pass 2019

$675 for weekend in a cabin, trailer or “Inn”

$460 for weekend in a tent or Medieval Style Caravan

$25 to upgrade to a tent Season pass includes all events in the season including long events.  (see note 6) 

Season pass includes Annual Membership and with the pass you receive full build whether you attend the event or not. 

Notes

1. Players who bring their own trailer or caravan pay the tent price provided they do not hook up to electricity and if it is a trailer, it is not left on site.
2. These fees are in addition to any fees or arrangements made with the site owner Mike to rent trailers or leave trailers on site on a full time basis.
3. Cabins are for the use of players during Nero Canada events.  They are not to be accessed at any other time.  
4. Sleeping in a Cabin or Permanent Trailer without the express permission of the game owner (Quentin) while paying the tenting price will result in a player being asked to leave the event and being suspended for 1 additional event; no refund or build will be provided.
5. In addition to paying these fees, all players are required to do one 3 hour NPC shift on a regular weekend event or a 4 hour shift on a long weekend. 
6. If long event in August has a low RSVP rate, the third day may be cancelled and no refund will be provided as the cost for this day is waived in the season pass price.
